How to buy Packs
- Tap Top Up on CG Flash and select MU: Ascension plus your Packs pack
- Enter your Character ID (see steps below)
- Pay via Telegram, WhatsApp, or Goofish
- After payment, Packs is usually credited within 5–15 minutes
How to find your Character ID
- Log into MU: Ascension global server
- Open Settings or character screen
- Find your Character ID in account info
- Copy Character ID to CG Flash and pick the matching USD pack tier
Tip: Copy-paste your ID — do not type by hand. Your display name is not your Character ID.
Common mistakes
- Packs follow fixed USD tiers ($2.99, $5.99, etc.) — match in-game offers
- Character ID is not your character name
- Global and KR servers do not share purchases
