How to buy Gems
- Tap Top Up on CG Flash and select Clash of Clans plus your Gems pack

How to find your Player Tag
- Open Clash of Clans and log in with Supercell ID
- Tap Social or Settings (bottom-right)
- Find your Player Tag (starts with #) on your profile
- Copy the full tag including # to CG Flash
Tip: Copy-paste your ID — do not type by hand. Your display name is not your Player Tag.
Common mistakes
- Player Tag starts with # (e.g. #ABC123) — include the hash symbol
